“Psychic Challenge” is a reality show, in which 10 people who pretend to have supernatural abilities are put to series of challenges to examine their actual skills. During 10 episodes, the competitors will have to cope with variety of tasks, to prove that their success is due to a talent, but not to ingenuity, luck or just guessing. No matter if they have to find the location of a man, to investigate a crime, to sense the energy of a living thing or to find out who is the owner of an object, the clairvoyants will have to face newer and newer challenges… until the best among them is chosen!
The challenges to the clairvoyants are set by the host of the show Nikolay Georgiev, who is mediator between the competitors and viewers. During all the time, he is unprejudiced observer of all the things happening, without taking an extreme stand. The correctness of the competitors is supervised by jury, compound of 3 “skeptics”. They watch closely and analyze how the clairvoyants manage the challenges. The world-famous illusionist Astor, the professional psychologist Rumiana Hristova-Mihova and the former examining magistrate Ivan Gramatikov are the people, who decide with voting between them, which of the clairvoyants must leave the show.
The original TV format is English and by now it is realized with great success in England, Israel, Holland, Russia, Ukraine, Germany and USA. The show was first broadcasted in 2006. The license-owner is the British company Rdf Rights.
A TV show, first at its kind, developed entirely to a charity cause
“The Magnificent Six” is a new TV format, which was broadcasted on the national television BTV, during 6 weeks – every Monday and Thursday from January 14th to 21st at 8 PM.
Characters were 12 of the most popular persons in Bulgaria – 6 singers and 6 VIPs from Politics, Sports, Media and other aspects of the social life in the country. One professional musician and one VIP – that’s how the duets were born…
Mariana Popova, Dessy Dobreva, Reny, Dicho, Dancho Karadjov and Veselin Marinov are the six musicians, who will sing together with Nikolay Svinarov, Titi Papazov, Martin Zahariev, Mariana Vekilska, Nely Ivanova (Survivor) and Rumiana Marinova (Missis Bulgaria)
Six duets have been formed, including one professional musician and one VIP. Every week, on Mondays and Thursdays, these duets had performed one song. The viewers have voted for their favorite by SMS, declaring a weekly winner.
Aim of the project was raising funds in help of the children in Mogilino Care Home in Bulgaria. And here comes the part of UNICEF, which are guarantor for the expedient dispensation of the raised funds. All incomes, coming up to 1 700 000 leva, were given up to them and will be spent on building 4 so called “Small Children Houses”, where the children from Mogilino will be living in an environment, closer to the family one.

“Extreme Makeover”
“Extreme Makeover” is an American reality TV show, which have started in 2002 on ABC. The show is broadcasting in more than 15 countries all over the world. In some of them, the show is produced as a local version.
On September the 17th 2007, the Bulgarian version of “Extreme makeover” is going to start on Nova television. The show will be broadcasted 3 times a week in the prime time – 2 regular issues and 1 “Live evening”. Every week “Extreme makeover” – Bulgaria will tell the stories of 2 people whose lives and appearance will change in front of the eyes of the viewers.
26 Bulgarians were put to plastic and cosmetic surgery, psychotherapy, bodybuilding, diets and styling. The viewers will see the whole process of the extreme makeover as well as how the life of the participants has changed after that.

It’s not compulsory the winner to be the most talented of all pretenders. In “The Amateurs’ Night”, it’s not the talent, which is determining but the attractive performing.
